Theo went into surgery at 7am on the 7th. It was expected to be about an 8 hour surgery. During the surgery, the doctor removed the aortic valve, put the pulmonary valve in its place and then replaced that one with a valve from cadaver. This was a much more complicated than the first surgery but once again, Theo was very strong and came through even better than expected.
The doctors had a little but of trouble getting Theo's blood pressure stable overnight but finally got that worked out and he has been doing well today.
